Accelerated Outsourcing’s “2-step” Process

Through our time-tested experience with mainframe outsourcing, we have designed a 2-step, or two component process that first provides a solid, financial-based analysis of your current mainframe environment and immediate and/or long-term needs. Depending on where our clients are in their decision making process, these Phases can be used in conjunction with one another or they can stand alone.

Phase 1:  Financial Impact Analysis

Understand the costs and risks of mainframe outsourcing quickly, accurately and inexpensively. During this first phase – the FINANCIAL IMPACT ANALYSIS – we estimate the likely financial results and other business consequences of mainframe outsourcing. During this 2-3 week phase, we are also able to determine whether or not mainframe outsourcing is right for your organization.

Phase 2:  Request for Proposal and Vendor Selection

Should you determine in Phase 1 to proceed with an RFP to move forward with Vendor Selection, our Phase 2 process will provide an exacting and unbiased solution that is best suited to your company’s mainframe needs.
